Class held at the clubhouse
This class includes detailed instruction of the poses and alignment. This alignment leads to deeper states of natural openness, clarity, and awareness. Yogic philosophy is always infused in the teachings.
Mindful Yoga
Common Ground Meditation Center
Wednesday: 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
The physical practice of hatha yoga together with the awareness practice of mindfulness mediation. Let go of our self-criticizing, judgmental mind and cultivate a wholesome connection between mind and body.

Mindful Yoga
Common Ground Meditation Center
Friday: 9:30 am – 10:45 am
Mindful Yoga brings together the physical practice of hatha yoga and the awareness practice of mindfulness mediation. We pay attention to what alignment works for our body while noticing how we are relating to the experience of the pose. By doing this, we begin to let go of our self-criticizing, judgmental mind and cultivate a wholesome connection between mind and body. Payment is by donation for all classes offered at Common Ground.

About Nancy Boler
I first experienced yoga in Nepal while I was serving in the Peace Corps in 1994.
I earned my teaching certification at the Kripalu Center in Massachusettes in 2000.
Since then, I have had years of study in Iyenger Yoga and continued study at Kripalu with Yoganand Michael Carroll.
Recently I have studied yoga and yoga therepy with Doug Keller. This practice has led me to study Vipassana Meditation with Mark Nunberg at Common Ground Meditation Center, where I now teach.
