Home Practice Yoga

As wonderful as yoga can be, it can be difficult to practice at home on your own. Knowing this, I have created a few audio recordings for you to listen to and follow. Listed below are a variety of audio recordings that guide you through a sequence of yoga poses.

You can download the audio files below. Pay what you want. No amount is too small or too large.

Each yoga practice download includes a printable page with images of the yoga poses used in the sequence.

One-Hour Yoga Practices

This one-hour sequence begins with bhaddakonasana and boat pose. Hip opener warm-ups while reclined on the back. Down dog to pigeon pose to full pigeon and seated twist. Tree pose. Two variations of sun salutation are included along with standing poses of triangle pose, parshvokonasana, twisted lunge, warrior I. Fish pose, reclined knee down twist. Savasana.

Guided Relaxation
