Boler Yoga Mindful Yoga Level I

Nancy Boler teaches a blend of Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation in this Mindful Yoga yoga class. Nancy guides you not only into the physical form of the pose but, as the pose is held, she guides awareness past the superficial way we normally relate to the body. In this way you can look deeply into where your body is holding subtle tension and stress and as awareness connects with this tension - there is release and movement towards freedom. Also, the video provides visual guidance if you need to see the pose as you are listening to the instruction.
