Hatha Yoga
at Woodhill Country Club
This class includes detailed instruction of the poses and alignment. This alignment leads to deeper states of natural openness, clarity, and awareness. Yogic philosophy is always infused in the teachings. A mask is required to attend this class.

We pay attention to what alignment works for our body while noticing how we are relating to the experience of the pose. By doing this, we begin to let go of our self-criticizing, judgmental mind and cultivate a wholesome connection between mind and body.
This half hour class is a way to bring your energy back to balance and your awareness back to reality. It is a great way to integrate yoga into your day.

This class is for people who have attended Level 1 Mindful Yoga and have developed the body awareness necessary to move into more challenging physical yoga poses with ease in the mind.
We explore physical alignment that results in both physical and mental freedom. In this way, the poses provide an opportunity to consciously cultivate a wholesome, joyful relationship with the body.
